Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad Bhaderwah(ABVP) today held a tiranga yatra in Bhaderwah town on the occasion of Balidan Diwas.

The Tiranga Yatra Started from New Bus stand Kotli to Seri Bazar Bhaderwah. A large number of students from various educational institutions of Bhaderwah participated in the Tiranga Yatra . There was a strength of near about 350-400 students in which about 130+ were girls. Various Social workers of Bhaderwah also participated in this yatra and moreover they all appreciated the efforts of the ABVP karyakartas. The programme was organised under the leadership of Shivam Chandail( ABVP City President), Sumit Singh Manhas(ABVP College President) and Sahil Sambyal(ABVP City Vice-president), Radhika Wazir(City Girl's Incharge) Dhinakshi Pandita(College Girls Incharge) and Kajal Devi(College Vice-president). The entire mass took the pledge of maintaining the integrity of the nation. Speaking on the occasion Arti Devi, Sandeep Singh (Students of 2^nd Se3m) and Sumit Singh Manhas (Student Of 4^th Sem) GDC Bhaderwah provided a speech about the sacrifices made by the freedom fighters of our country. The entire Public was made aware about the sacrifices made by the freedom fighters of our Country. Tribute was also paid to the brave soldiers of our country who laid down their life just for the sake of their motherland. A two minutes silence prayer was offered in the memory of the brave CRPF men martyred in the recent saddening Pulwama Attack. The programme shows a mark of Unity and dedication for the motherland. The entire mass of students urged the people of Bhaderwah and the nation to get united and support nationalism irrespective of any religion, Caste colour etc... At the end the programme was concluded with a message of patriotism and Nationality and the students of ABVP Bhaderwah thanked the entire students for their contribution for making this yatra memoriable.

Today a press conference was Organised by ABVP Jammu And Kashmir at Press Club Jammu
in which ABVP JK State Secretary, CWC Member Deepak Gupta addressed the press
conference along with CWC Member, State Jt Girls Working Incharge Naina Dogra, Muskan
Anand Central University Jammu Secretary,
SWC Sonali Vaid, ABVP Jammu University Suyash Gupta and Jammu Mahanagar
Secretary Kunal Sadotra.
While addressing the press conference Deepak said that State Executive Council Meeting of
ABVP JK was concluded at Udhampur from 18-20 January, 2019 in which Education Related
issues like Recent SAC issue of the students which has ignited protests in Jammu and Kashmir,
no academic calendar in Jammu and Kashmir, semester system in UG courses to be taken
back was discussed.
Today a delegation of ABVP Met Chief Election officer J&K IAS Shailender kumar who informed ABVP about the campus Ambassador Programmes and the registration of new voters by way of SVEEP Programme Coordinated by CEO Jammu Kashmir and Said that CEO has Expectations from organization like ABVP to Work in a positive way and aware voters to vote for 100% voting.

He said that ABVP is going to start a Voter Awareness Campaign from 1st February to 15th
February 2019 throughout the State in which ABVP is going to paste 50000 posters in public
places for promoting 100% voting , 2 lakh stickers in Students corners, Colleges, University,
Door to Door Campaign for No to NOTA awareness. He further informed that ABVP is going to
organize 5 rath Yatras throughout the state which is going to cover panchayat level voters in
which 100% voting is going to be promoted. Various nukkad Nataks and Flash mob programme
are going to be Organised on 9th and 10th. This voter awareness Campaign is going to end with
Jan Sabhas at different district headquarters.
While concluding the press conference ABVP asked the people of J&K to support the campaign
of ABVP by joining this campaign in big numbers.

Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad Bhaderwah Declared new city Unit.

Today a meeting was held by AKhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad Bhaderwah at Seri Bazar Bhaderwah in which the new city unit of ABVP Bhaderwah for the session 2018-2019 got declared. The declaration was presided over by Vishal Manhas -SWC Member & Former ABVP Bhaderwah President. The newly formed Unit is as follows,
Shivam Chandail -as President,
Sunny Thakur - as City Secertary,
Radhika Wazir-as City Girls Incharge,
Rajit Sharma -as Bhaderwah Tehsil Convenor,
Vishal Sharma,Manjeet Bhagat,Ganesh Rana, and Vishal Singh -as Vice-President,
Avish Mahajan and Kashish Gupta as - Joint-secertary,
Surya Dev Singh -as City Media Incharge,
Moreover a special declaration was also made in which
Dhanakshi Pandita was given the responsibility of College Girls Incharge, and Kajal Devi was provided with the responsibility of College Vice-president.
ABVP Bhaderwah heartly congratulate the newly appointed members of ABVP Bhaderwah Unit and wishes them good luck for their future and we also hope that these students will work hard for the upliftment of the students and betterment of the society.

Prize Distribution Function at Bhaderwah by Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad Bhaderwah

Akhil Bharatiya vidyarthi Parishad Bhaderwah organised a prize distribution function.

Today on 28th of October 2018 a prize distribution function was organised by Akhil Bharatiya vidyarthi Parishad Bhaderwah. The venue of the function was at Bharatiya Vidya Mandir School, Seri Bazar, Bhaderwah. The prize distribution function was for felicitating the students who appeared and secured top position in the Sunil Padha Gayan Pratiyogita held on 7th of October 2018 at Bhaderwah. After a long time this Gayan pratiyogita was conducted in Bhaderwah and was successfully concluded today with the prize distribution function. The function was presided over by Sh. Pawan sharma ( ABVP Jammu Kashmir vice-president).
Sh. Ashok kotwal (RSS vibhag sanchalak) was the chief guest on the occasion, Sunil Bhardwaj and Rohit Bhagat (Asst. Professor at Bhaderwah campus) were the special Guests on the occasion.
The Students achieving the top three positions in the said exam were awarded with trophies and prize money of 1000rs for 1st Position, 500rs for 2nd and 3rd Position.
Student's felicitated with the top three positions were
- Meelan Shapoo ( 1st prize)
- Priya kotwal( 2nd Prize)
- Megha kotwal & Kamakshi sharma (3rd prize).
The rest of the students from top 10 positions were also felicitated. On the occasion Pawan Sharma - State Vice-president congratulate the students for their success and addressed them to work hard for their future and also do contribute for the betterment of the society. Speaking on the occasion Chief guest Ashok kotwal and other special guests Sunil Bhardwaj, and Rohit Bhagat also congratulated the entire students and wished them good luck for their Future. Finally the function was concluded with a conclusion speech of Vishal Manhas addressing the students to work hard for their Future and for the betterment of the society.

It is hereby informed to the students of Bhaderwah Zone who had appeared in the Sunil Padha Gayan Pratiyogita that their result is declared. The said exam was conducted by Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad Bhaderwah on 07th of October 2018 at two Places
-Bharatiya Vidya Mandir Bhaderwah, and
-Marvellous Path Academy Malothi, Bhalla.
The following students are shortlisted for the top 10 positions from both the examination centres. The exam was conducted by Akhil Bharatiya vidyarthi Parishad Jammu Kashmir all over the state, and the same was also conducted at Bhaderwah after a long time. The Said exam is conducted each year all over the state with a motive to make the students aware of the various exam patterns in which they have to appear in their future time. The candidates who had been shortlisted in this exam would be awarded with prizes.
